Why You Should Or Should Not Opt For Door-To-Door Auto Transport?

April 11, 2008

When it comes to auto transport, between door-to-door and terminal-to-terminal, which option will you pick on?

Door-to-door, like the name suggests, will get the car destined for auto transport as close to your indicated pick-up or droping point as possible. This however, may not mean that your car will be delivered at your front door like the mail or newspapers . That’s simply because many trucks and trailers cannot navigate the narrow streets of residential areas. However, they will definately try to get your car as close as possible to your specified adress.

This definately means you have to go out and ‘meet’ it. It tends to be more expensive than terminal-to-terminal transport.

Nevertheless, door-to-door services are rather convinent because you get to pick up your car not from a terminal which may be far away, but from the closest possible location to your stated address, thus saving you a lot of truble and time.
